Return Policy

The customer has the possibility to return the purchased products indicating the reason for return within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt at his own expense, indicating the reason for return. In case they are not returned within 14 days then the FOOD4PET company may not accept any return or product replacement.

The products you want to return must be in perfect condition, with closed packaging. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouses, so you should ensure that they are properly packed and cannot suffer any damage in transit. In case any product is returned in unsuitable condition then it will be returned to you.

In case of return, you bear the direct cost of returning the products, in accordance with par. 10 of article 4 of Law 2251/1994. In the event that the reason for the return concerns an error on the company's part, we undertake to bear the cost of the return, provided that the return has been made with the cooperating transport company. In the event that you choose other transport companies, we cannot provide any guarantee for the delivery times of the products you return to us. If you choose to send it by post, it must be done by the "registered mail" method, otherwise we cannot receive your return.

In any case, the return of your online order is possible under the following conditions:

The products must be in excellent condition, unused, without the special markings they carry (e.g. labels) and in their original packaging.

Along with the products, you must include all the documents that came with it (eg retail receipt, invoice and packing slip or change card).

The return will only be accepted if you have previously paid any amount incurred by the Company for sending the products and the shipping costs for its return.

When the products are received, they will be inspected for condition and as long as the terms of the Company's returns policy are met, a credit note of equal value will be issued immediately for you to use on your next purchase (in this case, you should report to the new online order in the "Comments" field that there is a credit balance). In the event that you wish to receive a refund, the Company is obliged to return to you within 14 calendar days the price it collected for the returned products by depositing it into your account, noting the IBAN, Name of the beneficiary and the bank it concerns.

* If a product proves to be defective within 14 calendar days of its sale, we undertake to replace it with a new one, at our own shipping costs.
