BARF in my dog for the 1st time (what should I do)?

BARF in my dog for the 1st time (what should I do)?

Congratulations! You have just discovered the best way to improve your pet's health and well-being.

It is important to follow the guidelines below to ensure a successful transition to a raw diet. We advocate a 6-day feeding schedule with the 7th day being a fasting day. This gives your pet's body a day to properly detoxify and eliminate potential build-up of bad food.

How many days can I leave the food for preservation?

It would be good to thaw as much food as we need daily. The food can be stored for 1 to 2 days.

What dog breeds can eat BARF?

All dog breeds can eat BARF.

Why feed BARF and not dry food?

BARF food is 100% natural food 0% starch, 0% gluten, 0% preservatives and no additives.

Can I give dry and BARF to my dog at the same time?

No because the dry food contains citric acid as a preservative (the risk increases if the dry food gets wet by mixing it with BARF which contains natural moisture), it causes a deficiency of pancreatic enzymes such as Trypsin, dissolving gastric juices necessary for complete digestion. (Stomach Torsion or Distention may be caused).

How much food should I give my dog?

Depending on the age and body weight of the dog. There is a corresponding food consumption table in the daily dosage section.
